Service Description

This is an excellent package for organization that has a plethora of consulting need that will span over a prolonged period. This 20 hours of virtual consulting with a minimum contract term of 6-months. You have the option to customize this package based on the specific needs of your organization. You can choose one areas to work on each month. E.g. Organizational development, Board Training and Development, Operational Management, Visual and Digital branding, Fundraising and Multiple Streams of Income, Content Creation (Storytelling), Volunteer Management, Program Development, Strategic Planning, Grant Research and Training, etc. Note: In this service we do some of the work with you and for you.
